On her birthday, 7th October 2017, Dollup, along with her niece, Jennifer, completed the Muddy Race for Life at Chirk Castle, Wrexham. At the time Dollup was suffering with fibromyalgia and a suspected frozen shoulder which meant she only had the use of one arm. They both thoroughly enjoyed themselves and together they managed to raise over £400 (plus over £100 in Gift Aid) for Cancer Research UK. Well done to both of them.
